MUST SEE IN PORTO RAFTI

Beaches

Just a walk in Porto Rafti is enough to realize that it is full of hidden beaches that do not follow instructions or GPS, but only your own willingness to explore.

The most famous one is the sandy Eros Cave. Let its name sweep your imagination away, it is a small extremely popular beach that generously offers its shade from noon onwards, as it faces east.

There are many hidden coves nearby, all you need is either a local guide or a willingness to explore. Another timeless option is the organized beach of Porto Rafti, Avlaki Beach - also known as "Plaz" by the locals - with its beautiful sea and crystal clear waters.

If you're looking for a bit of adventure, such as cliff diving, head down to the Apollo complex. There you'll find small paths that will lead you to small rocky beaches, while for more experienced swimmers there is also the Pount Peninsula that takes us back to another era - possibly reminding you of the 70s.
